VICTORY LEADERSHIP TEAM STRATEGIC MEETING

  Last evening the Victory Church Leadership Team had our first of two strategic planning meetings. The strategic plan is a tool we put in place to help us reach our vision. You may be asking, "What is our vision?" Good question! Below are our vision and mission statements. I will be sharing more concerning this in the future.

VISION STATEMENT:

"Building D6 families to carry out the great commission and the great commandment."

MISSION STATEMENT:

"Promoting radically transformed lives!" (In short: RTL's!)

We are in the process of evaluating everything and every ministry at Victory in light of our vision and mission statements. Please pray for our leadership team as we complete this process.
