Meet Marty Malone, Vice President of Malone Church Solutions in O'Fallon, Illinois.
I am very thankful that the Lord brought Marty and I together over the last couple of weeks. We have had a couple of meetings together and I really appreciated his passion to "come along side churches" to help them reach their generation for Christ. Marty has researched and compiled a great presentation to assist churches in understanding the differences in the generational groups we are trying to reach. He has done extensive research on "Gen-Y" along with reasearch on "Gen-Xer's." He also has great information about the "Boomers and Builders." We must understand these differences, whether we agree with them or not, in order to reach them for Christ.
Therefore, our Victory Leadership Team will be having a meeting on Thursday evening with Marty. Please pray for us as we continue to map a plan for our future.
